We’ve written about the benefits of stretching before. Stretching can help to decrease those aches and pains and keep muscles and joints relaxed. I know it’s good, you know it’s good, so let’s put this into practice. Below are some great stretches to help you out at the computer. You can print it off here (stretches upper body) and post it up on the wall as a reminder. And if you know of someone else who needs this don’t hold back – share. Share like the wind.

Thanks Mark,
I need to do more of the front-side neck stretches for my tight jaw/ neck/ collarbone area. I grind my teeth and find I am really sore some days. Thanks for the link and the free chiropractor information!
I hope you find them helpful. The more consistent you can be in adding in some relaxation and stretching, the better.
I think the last one needs a little description….I can’t figure it out. :)
