Just a few weeks back we offered up a sheet of stretches for the upper body to help you out when you need to spend time at your desk. Well we’re back at it this week with a sheet for lower body stretches. These stretches are meant to ease the discomfort of a stiff back, sore hips, and tight legs. Print it off and post it up on the wall or in a place that will easily remind you do them. And remember: stretch as if nobody’s watching; move like you’ve never been stiff; share like… well just share it around with others who could benefit as well.
